“I have had the pleasure of being in community with May for the past couple of years. I feel so fortunate to share Jewish ritual, ceremony, learning, and activism with her. I have often struggled to find an entry point to deepening my learning about Judaism de-coupled from zionism. May brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and ferocity for justice which aid in a sense of embodied practice of this learning. Through time with her and our community, I have begun to learn what it feels like to at once love my culture and also demand that we do better.”
